Robert Plant was once slapped in the face by an old woman on a subway.
She yelled at him because his hair was too long, and he didn’t have enough decency to cut it.
He was on his way to his first meeting with Jimmy Page, and was so distraught by the woman slapping him, he almost did not go to meet him.
